One of the Best McDonald's I've ever been too! I live like 5 minutes away, I always go to in my opinion. The best food, great service, always clean, breakfast all day, and employees are usually nice!! Even when busy it's worth the wait even if it 5-10 minutes that's usually the wait but it's definitely worth it.
This location consistently has great customer service, but tonight they went above and beyond for me! They were closed for construction and I placed a mobile order and paid without knowing. I arrived, saw the sign they were closed, and asked them politely to just cancel the order. They didnt cancel my order and made my food for me (even though they were closed) - they were totally unaware it was for my kids dinner. We appreciate all of your hard work - the lines are some of the fastest in town! Keep up the great work Mcdonalds on Main!
Took my grandchildren after school. The food was hot and it had a chance to play after they ate. The visit was good.
